Sliding Sash
This project involved replacing the original timber sliding sash window with a new heritage-style uPVC sliding sash system, carefully chosen to preserve the traditional character of the property while significantly improving performance, efficiency, and overall appearance.
The existing window had deteriorated over time, with worn timber frames, ageing paintwork, and reduced thermal performance. The homeowner wanted a solution that maintained the charm and proportions of the original sash design while providing the benefits of a modern window system.
By installing our sliding sash windows, we were able to retain the classic period aesthetic of the property, including authentic sash styling and elegant glazing bars, while introducing a cleaner, more refined finish. The new window delivers improved insulation, smoother operation, enhanced security, and far lower maintenance requirements compared to the original timber frame.
The fresh white finish brightens the exterior and complements the character of the home beautifully, while the slim sightlines allow plenty of natural light into the property.

Alunet Aluminium Sliders
This project completely transformed an outdated garden outbuilding into a sleek, modern living space with the installation of our premium AluNet aluminium sliding doors and contemporary external cladding system.
The original structure was dated, dark, and no longer practical for modern use. The homeowner wanted to create a brighter, more functional space with a strong architectural appearance while maximising natural light and maintaining a clean, minimal aesthetic.
By installing a large-span AluNet aluminium sliding door system, we were able to open up the entire front elevation of the building, creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor space. The slim aluminium sightlines and expansive glazing allow natural light to flood the interior, completely changing the feel and usability of the room.
To complement the new glazing, the exterior was finished in modern black cladding, giving the building a bold contemporary appearance with sharp, clean lines. The combination of the dark exterior finish and large glass panels creates a striking contrast that instantly modernises the entire structure.
